Актуальность рассматриваемой темы объясняется тем, что в современном мире цифровые права играют все более значимую роль в жизни людей. С развитием технологий и Интернета все больше информации хранится в электронном виде, а все больше сервисов и услуг переходят в онлайн-режим. Это создает новые вызовы и угрозы для прав человека в цифровом пространстве. Авторы рассматривают существующие проблемы в сфере регулирова- ния цифровых прав и предлагают пути совершенствования законодательства для их минимизации.

The relevance of the topic under consideration is explained by the fact that in the modern world digital rights play an increasingly important role in people’s lives. With the development of technology and the Internet, more and more infor- mation is stored electronically, and more and more services and services are moving online. This creates new challenges and threats to human rights in the digital space. The authorы examine the existing problems in the field of digital rights regula- tion and suggest ways to improve legislation to minimize them.
